Great, more or less one of those sleeps π
Woke with the dawn and after half an hour or rest and reiki, got up with good energy and enthusiasm π
Dinner
- 30 grams of unsalted almonds
- Black bean and vegetable curry with greek yoghurt with crushed almonds mixed in. 30 grams of sultanas and 30 grams of dedicated coconut. Spinach and a pitta bread.
As in the photos above, two mouthfuls too much, though did managed to leave some π
