Part of any healthy lifestyle is exercise, you can diet all you want, but you won’t lose weight in a healthy way unless you exercise !
One of my favourite was to get my aerobic exercise is to go hiking. Not as much opportunity now in Ireland, Scotland has a lot more open ground and mountains; it also has the right to roam law and hiking is encouraged provided you observe the rules.
I like to describe them as “mini adventures“
