Weight, fitness and health

I was always a skinny kid.
The earliest weights I can remember are from my time working on an offshore drilling rig, a hard physical job and despite popular belief, the food was appalling. My mother was a fabulous cook, so I guess I was spoiled.

Anyway, I used to go away weighing around 67 kilos after a couple of weeks of nutritious home cooked meals and come home weighing around 60 kilos after two weeks of hard graft and poor quality food.

It’s not just about weight and body image, though that’s definitely linked to general health, physical and mental.

Why do I want to tell my story 🤔
Essentially I worked out why I put on weight, made a few changes and now maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle is effortless.
